About the Role

Join Dassault Systèmes as a Cloud RUN Support Engineer and be part of the global cloud support team responsible for maintaining worldwide data centers (24×7). You will support critical cloud environments, ensure customer success, and gain hands-on experience with Linux/UNIX, scripting, and cloud technologies.

Role Details

• Position: Cloud RUN Support Engineer
• Location: Pune
• Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers can apply)
• Qualification: BE/B.Tech, MCA, BCS, MSc-CS
• Start Date: Immediate
• Shifts: Rotational (Morning, Evening, Night) including weekends

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to L2/L3 teams via phone, email, or chat
• Monitor & maintain Linux/UNIX-based cloud platforms
• Troubleshoot issues and ensure system stability
• Work in a 24×7 rotational shift environment

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX
• Basics of AWS Cloud, Networking, and Databases
• Scripting knowledge (Shell/Python)
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
