About the Role

You will design, build, and maintain our scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure as a AWS Cloud engineer. As one of the major stakeholders of our automation-first culture, you will simplify our deployment operations and make our systems performant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Infrastructure Management: Architect, implement, and operate fundamental services of AWS (e.g. EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, EKS, Lambda, CloudWatch).
• DevOps Implementation: Develop, support, and tuned-in sturdy CI/CD pipelines to perpetual integration and delivery.
• Python Automation: Automation of infrastructure provisioning, operational tasks, and security checks with scripts and tools written and maintained in Python (and Bash).
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Infrastructure is managed using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Monitoring and Reliability: Implement and administer monitoring, logging, and alert solutions to achieve high availability and performance.
• Cooperation: Work in close coordination with development teams to enable new features and services and trouble-shooting production.

Who We are seeking (Required Skills)

• Good, comprehensive expertise in AWS Cloud ecosystem.
• Practical background in the implementation of DevOps and the management of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLabs CI).
• Good skills in Python to do automated tasks.
• Good knowledge in Linux/Unix administration.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform desired).
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
