Title: Apollo 247 is Hiring DevOps Interns (GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform) | India.

Role: DevOps Intern

Location: India (This position can be home based or be situated in any of our technology centers such as Bangalore/Hyderabad. Please confirm location.)

Working experience: Fresh (Final-year-students or recent graduates)

Important Technologies: GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Jenkins, CI/CD.

Overview of the Job (What You will Do and Learn)

It is not a theoretical internship. You will have a direct experience of a high-performance DevOps setup, work on live projects, which will change the lives of millions of users.

Important Areas of Responsibility and Learning:

• Get practical and hands-on training on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Containerization and orchestration systems: Docker and Kubernetes.
• Get to know and use Terraform to implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts with Terraform.
• Help to create and sustain CI/CD pipelines based on Jenkins and other automation software.
• Work with the top DevOps engineers and software professionals on real-life issues.
• Assistance with monitoring, scaling and securing enterprise-grade systems.

Sought after (Requirements)

• Education: Undergraduate Computer Science (or Engineer or IT) students or graduates.
• Foundational Skills:
• Rudimentary understanding of Linux operating systems.
• Cloud Services knowledge (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Experience in Git and version control.
• Footloose scripting (Python or Shell/Bash).

Personal Attributes:

• Heavy interest in DevOps, cloud and automation.
• There is an interest to learn, help and develop within a team-oriented setting.
• Good problem solving and communication skills.
