About the Role

As a Cloud Engineer Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in Azure and AWS environments. You won't just be watching; you will be monitoring infrastructure performance using industry-standard tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and Splunk. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn VDI environment monitoring and Identity Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Management: Manage and monitor Azure & AWS cloud environments.
• Log Analysis: Use Azure Monitor and Splunk for log analysis and alerting.
• Infrastructure Monitoring: Track performance via Grafana and Prometheus.
• Identity Management: Support Active Directory tasks.
• VDI Support: Support VDI environment monitoring and Golden Image activities.
• Troubleshooting: Resolve cloud, system, and application-level issues.

Who We're Looking For (Requirements)

• Education: Degree in IT / Computer Science (preferred).
• Tech Skills: Basic understanding of Cloud Services (Azure/AWS), Active Directory, and SIEM concepts.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills, good communication, and an eagerness to learn.
• Availability: Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.
