👩‍💻 Role: Associate Infrastructure Specialist – Network & Security

🔹 About the Role

As a Networking Remote Technical Support Engineer (L1), you’ll provide professional remote support to clients, ensuring smooth resolution of technical incidents, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement in service delivery.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Handle requests and incidents as per defined support procedures
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve problems using monitoring tools
• Perform routine maintenance tasks
• Ensure knowledge base usage & contribute updates
• Monitor service delivery vs. SLAs and report improvements
• Prioritize and diagnose incidents, escalating where required
• Ensure service recovery and documentation post-resolution
• Maintain configuration items (CIs) securely and accurately
• Identify root causes and apply remedies or preventive measures
• Provide continuous feedback to clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams

🔹 Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT/Computing or related field
• Certifications (Associate level): Cisco (CCNA), Juniper (JNCIA), Aruba (ACMA), F5, etc.

🔹 Skills & Knowledge:

• Networking basics: routing, switching, wireless, SDI distribution
• Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, RiverBed technologies
• Service assurance and technical documentation
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical thinking
• Customer-oriented mindset and teamwork skills
• Experience: Entry-level in networking, technical support, troubleshooting, and remote support
