We’re hiring L1 Cloud Operations Engineers to join our first-line CloudOps team. You’ll monitor, triage, and resolve alerts in Redis Enterprise Cloud environments, ensuring system stability and availability. This is a great entry-level opportunity to build your career in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE.

🔹 What You’ll Do
- Monitor Redis clusters and respond to alerts in real time
- Perform basic remediation tasks (failovers, memory checks, optimizations)
- Follow runbooks & escalation processes
- Collaborate across shifts for 24/7 coverage
- Provide updates during incidents
- Escalate issues to senior engineers when required
- Support documentation & process improvements
🔹 What You Bring
- 0–2 years in technical support, NOC, or cloud operations
- Basic knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP & Linux fundamentals
- Familiarity with monitoring & incident workflows
- Strong communication skills & teamwork in shifts
- Calm under pressure and eager to learn
- Bonus: Knowledge of Redis or distributed systems
