Job Description
We are hiring a Cloud Trainee Engineer to join our Noida team. The role involves monitoring AWS infrastructure, reviewing alerts, creating support tickets, preparing MIS reports, and ensuring smooth operations in a 24×7 environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor AWS Infrastructure on a daily basis
- Review alerts and notifications for issues
- Create and manage tickets in the support desk
- Inform respective departments about ticket alerts
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports
- Work in rotational 24×7 shifts
Required Skills & Experience
- 0–1 years of experience (freshers encouraged to apply)
- Quick learner with problem-solving mindset
- Good communication skills (verbal & written)
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to handle customers professionally
Preferred Certification
- AWS Certification (Additional advantage)
