About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior DevOps Engineer to join our technology team. You will work closely with senior engineers to support, automate, and enhance our development and deployment processes. This role is ideal for candidates with a foundational understanding of cloud platforms, scripting, and CI/CD, who are eager to grow in the DevOps field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up, maintaining, and monitoring cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Support implementation and management of CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate operational tasks using scripting languages (Bash, Python).
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security.
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to streamline deployments.
• Document processes, procedures, and configurations.
• Stay updated with DevOps best practices and tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix administration.
• Understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization concepts.
• Problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Kubernetes or orchestration tools.
• Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
• Basic networking knowledge (DNS, load balancing, firewalls).
• Prior internship, project, or certification in DevOps/cloud technologies.
