About the Role

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Support Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, implement, and support scalable cloud infrastructure, manage containerized workloads, and automate deployments using modern DevOps practices. You will also troubleshoot production issues, support incident management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Manage containerized workloads using EKS.
• Develop and maintain Terraform-based IaC for consistent deployments.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins).
• Implement environments based on architecture documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across cloud infrastructure, IaC, Kubernetes, and pipelines.
• Support incident management and perform root cause analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years of experience implementing and supporting AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of AWS Services: IAM, EC2, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, VPC, EKS.
• Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure automation.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes (EKS).
• Hands-on with CI/CD tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
• Scripting/automation skills in Bash, Python, or Ansible.
• Familiarity with Linux/Windows system administration.
• Exposure to programming languages like Python or Node.js.
• Database knowledge: MySQL, MongoDB, CosmosDB, or NoSQL.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
