Role: DevOps Engineer

As a DevOps Engineer, you will help build and support the infrastructure that keeps WrkTalk running smoothly, securely, and at scale. You will work on modern DevOps practices, cloud automation, and secure infrastructure deployment while collaborating closely with founders and senior engineers.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Support Dockerized deployments and Kubernetes cluster management
• Configure horizontal and vertical scaling, monitoring, and alert systems
• Manage private network setups, on-prem, and private cloud deployments
• Automate infrastructure using Terraform and configuration tools like Ansible
• Contribute to secure infrastructure practices and environment documentation

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in DevOps or related roles
• Strong experience with Jenkins
• Familiarity with Docker and basic Kubernetes concepts
• Knowledge of at least one scripting language (Bash, Shell, etc.)
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible for automation
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure is a plus
• Willingness to learn and work on secure on-prem deployments
