Role Purpose
Since you are the DevOps Engineer (L3), you will be collaborating very closely with application teams to enhance integration and deployment of operations, development, and testing functions through automation and simplification of such functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and run CI/CD pipelines throughout the DevOps toolchain.
- Maintain the IT infrastructure to facilitate the software code requirements.
- DevOps tools On-board and configure applications on DevOps tools.
- Test and deploy in a DevOps organization.
- Work with development personnel to tie in code to production infrastructure.
- Offer customer support and troubleshooting of DevOps tools.
- Make sure that the tickets are resolved in time according to TAT.
- Perform root cause analysis of key/recurring problems.
Deliverables
- Continuous Integration, Deployment and Monitoring: 100% of on boarding and implementation error-free.
- Customer Satisfaction (CSAT): No escalation, prompt resolution.
