About the Role
As a DevOps SRE at LotusFlare, you will guarantee the quality of software solutions. This is a hands-on role involving monitoring, incident management, and automation. You will partner with developers to deepen the reliability of services being deployed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring: Monitor backend cloud-based infrastructure and services.
- Incident Response: Support, troubleshoot, and investigate issues (logs, traffic, configuration).
- Automation: Create tools to automate troubleshooting and improve the support process.
- Tooling: Improve monitoring/alerting systems (Searching, testing, deploying new functionality).
- Reporting: Draft reports summarizing investigations and incidents.
Who Can Apply (Requirements)
- Experience: At least 1 year of work experience in a similar role (SRE, SysAdmin, DevOps).
Core Skills:
Strong practical experience with Linux (Ubuntu) command-line/administration.- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python).
- Understanding of Network protocols (TCP/IP, UDP).
- Modern Tech: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Git.
- Soft Skills: Critical thinking and professional English communication.
- 🌟 Good to Have (Bonus Skills):
- AWS Cloud Services (EC2, RDS, S3).
- Monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana).
- CI/CD (Jenkins) and IaC (Terraform).
- Experience with Telco protocols or Nginx.
