About the Role

You will be the main driver of our Devops culture and technical implementation as the Devops Lead. You will be free to create and execute superior solutions, drive on automation and infrastructure management. With development and operations teams, you will be required to close gaps, increase efficiency, and create a resilient, scalable, and secure technology ecosystem.

What You Will Do (Important Responsibilities)

• Head design and execution of the end-to-end DevOps strategy, including initial setup, deployment and continued maintenance.
• Design, develop and support strong and scalable CI/CD pipelines.
• Best practices for championing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with the tool, such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Monitor the application and coordination of containerized systems with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Provide and operate advanced monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to provide high reliability and performance of the system.
• Best practices of drive cloud security, compliance, and secure posture.
• Be part of mentor team members and participate in cross-functional teams to facilitate the software delivery life cycle.
• Diagnose and fix complicated infrastructure problems, and carry out root cause analysis to avoid future occurrences.

Who We Are Seeking (Skills and Experience Required)

• Practiced an experience in a position of DevOps Lead, Senior DevOps Engineer, or other position.
• In-depth practical experience in one of the largest cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Good, working exposure to IaC solutions (Terraform, Ansible).
• Understanding of the construction and administration of sophisticated CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
• A thorough understanding of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Bash or Go.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools, such as Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack.
• Good leadership, interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.
