About the Role (What You'll Do)

At Marrow, you will be an important part of our end-to-end cloud infrastructure as a DevOps Engineer. You will be operating in a small and efficient team, having a direct experience in various fields, making decisions and assuming responsibility. This will allow us to scale, rely on, and secure your work, which will directly support that platform with a community of more than 500,000 medical students and practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the maintenance, supply, and cost reduction of our AWS cloud environment.
• Manage and automate infrastructure in AWS with tools such as AWS CDK and Terraform.
• Facilitate creation and upkeep of CI/CD pipelines to sustain successful and uninterrupted deployments.
• Supervise, troubleshoot and optimize systems with the assistance of senior engineers.
• Use major AWS Amazon Elastic Kube Service, EC2, Route53, S3, and Lambda.

Who We are Seeking (The Best Fit Candidate)

• More than 6 months of practical experience in working with AWS and DevOps practices.
• Good knowledge of Bash/python scripting to automate.
• Basic understanding of basic AWS services (EKS, EC2, Route53, S3, Lambda).
• Practical experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
• Experience of Git and collaborative version control processes.
• Background in Linux systems, networking basics and Docker.
• The desire to learn and discover CI/CD, monitoring, and automation tools (e.g. GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
