About the Role (Work You'll Do)
As a fresher in this role, your focus will be on learning. You aren't expected to be an expert yet. You will assist with basic configuration, monitoring, and support tasks while observing best practices for enterprise IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cloud Operations: Assist with routine setup, configuration, and monitoring of Azure/AWS resources under senior guidance.
- Support & Access: Handle basic user access requests (creating/modifying access in cloud portals).
- Troubleshooting: Shadow senior members to document troubleshooting steps for simple cloud issues (e.g., VM startup failures).
- DevOps Basics: Learn to run sample CI/CD pipelines, understand version control, and observe automation jobs.
- Monitoring: Follow checklists for daily health checks of cloud services (reviewing alerts, dashboards).
- Documentation: Help maintain runbooks, installation guides, and FAQs.
Who We're Looking For (Required Skills)
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 0–1 year. Internships, college projects, or certifications are welcome but not mandatory.
- Technical Awareness: Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts (Servers, Storage, Networking).
- Soft Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (crucial for collaboration).
- Mindset: Proactive attitude towards self-learning, organized, and willing to follow standard procedures.
- Requirement: Must be willing to work in 24/7 shifts.
