About the Opportunity
Our Enterprise DevOps teams play a pivotal role in enabling modern software delivery across the organization. You will be involved in high-impact initiatives, CI/CD pipeline design, and security tooling implementation. This role offers strategic exposure to Arup's digital landscape and the chance to work with diverse, globally distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pipeline Design: Build and maintain continuous integration & delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Leverage strong working knowledge of AWS or Azure.
- Security & Quality: Implement security tooling (e.g., GitHub Advanced Security) and test automation.
- Advisory: Act in an advisory role related to DevOps best practices, helping project teams accelerate delivery.
- Collaboration: Build strong stakeholder relationships across a global firm.
Who We're Looking For (Requirements)
- Cloud Expertise: Strong working knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure.
- SDLC Knowledge: A solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
- CI/CD Skills: Proven experience in building continuous integration & delivery pipelines.
- Communication: Strong communication skills with the ability to address different points of view and manage stakeholders.
- Mindset: Excellent understanding of DevOps culture and its role in delivering business value.
