About the Role (Role Overview)

Being an IT & Cloud Support Engineer, you will play a significant role in our team and keep our systems and people going. The technical cloud workload (such as managing AWS services and automation pipelines) will be offset by being on-site to provide IT support in the office.

What You Will Do (Notable responsibilities)

☁️ Cloud & IT Support:

• Optimize and manage AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) between performance and security.
• Help to build and keep automated deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Keep watch of the health of the monitoring system, troubleshooting problems, and reduce the downtime.
• Best practices in support security, backups, and access management (IAM).

💻 Office IT & Admin:

• Install and support office hardware and networks (Wi-Fi, LAN) and peripherals.
• Offer both onsite and remote Windows, MacOS and Linux technical support to workers.
• Supervise core software applications such as Google Workspace and Slack along with other home tools.
• Manage software licenses, renewal, and subscriptions.

Who We are seeking (Qualifications)

• One to three years working experience as an IT Support, system administrator or cloud support.
• Practical experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS).
• Good experience in on-site and remote IT support of Windows, macOS and Linux.
• Knowledge in Google Workspace (GSuite) and Slack management.
• Simple knowledge of CI/CD principles and monitoring instruments.
• Problem-solving and proactive attitude and strong communication skills.
