Regarding the Position (Your Responsibilities)

You will work as a Linux/Cloud Support Engineer, your role will be the support of technical activities of our client. Your major role is to provide timely solutions and active monitoring to provide system performance and uptime.

• Support on enterprise level through email, help desk and live chat.
• Manage complex problems on Linux and cloud (AWS) infrastructures, monitor servers, respond to incidents and troubleshoot.
• Develop, implement and support services with a high-tech stack.
• Move applications to the cloud and streamline deployment pipelines.
• Deploy, maintain and develop AWS cloud and virtualized environments.
• Prepare and keep good records, informational playbooks and reports about maintenance and upgrades.

Who We are Seeking (Requirements)

Experience: One year experience as a Hosting Support Specialist, L2/L3 Support Engineer, or other technical support position.

Core Skills:

• Good experience in Linux-based servers (e.g. CentOS, Ubuntu) and virtualization.
• Proficiency with cPanel/WHM.
• On the basis of WordPress or Magento stacks (PHP, MySQL).

Professional Attributes:

• Good awareness of technical understanding and aptitude to learn and embrace new innovations.
• Good communication and problem solving skills.
• An affordable, conducive working environment and fast internet (to work remotely) (high speed).

Bonus Skills (What Makes You Different)

• Bash, Python, or Ansible Scripting experience.
• Practical experience on AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, VPC, RDS).
• Security best practice understanding and penetration testing.
