LogiCoy is seeking an experienced AWS Cloud and Support Engineer for a full-time, remote position based in the United States. We are looking for a hands-on professional to manage, optimize, and support our production infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for provisioning, automating, monitoring, and maintaining our AWS cloud services and will support the applications running on them. This role requires strong technical expertise, a high level of attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high availability, security, and performance standards.

About the Role (Key Responsibilities)
As an AWS Cloud and Support Engineer, you will be a critical part of our team, ensuring our systems are reliable, secure, and efficient.
- Provisioning & Automation: Provision, administer, and automate AWS cloud services. Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline operations.
- Application & Infra Support: Provide end-to-end support for applications and infrastructure. Monitor logs, troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
- Maintenance & Patching: Manage and automate system patches, upgrades, and updates on Linux and database servers.
- Security & Compliance: Continuously monitor the cloud security posture to detect vulnerabilities. Implement and maintain security best practices in compliance with frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and HIPAA.
- Architecture & Optimization: Apply the AWS Well-Architected Framework to ensure operational excellence, reliability, and cost optimization. Design and implement highly available and scalable architectures.
- Access Management: Handle user provisioning and access management for cloud services (IAM).
- CI/CD: Perform application deployments using CI/CD pipelines and ensure smooth rollouts and rollback procedures.
Who We're Looking For (Required Skills & Qualifications)
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience managing AWS infrastructure and services.
- Core Skills: Strong expertise in Linux administration, cloud security, networking, and storage technologies.
- AWS Proficiency: Proficient in core AWS services, including EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, CloudWatch, RDS, WAF, ELB, Route 53, Lambda, and Auto Scaling.
- Troubleshooting: Proven ability to troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability.
- Personal: Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a remote team.
- Communication: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)
- AWS Certification (strongly preferred): AWS Certified Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, or DevOps Engineer.
- CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Multi-Cloud: Familiarity with GCP or Microsoft Azure.
- Development: Familiarity with programming languages such as Java, Node.js, Angular, or SQL.
