Gradient Cyber, a leading Managed Extended Detection and Response (MXDR) cybersecurity company, is hiring motivated DevOps Engineer – L1 candidates in Bengaluru.

We are looking for Freshers (2024 & 2025 Graduates) who have a foundational knowledge of DevOps and a strong desire to grow under hands-on mentorship. This is a Full-Time, In-Office role with an In-Person Interview process.

If you have built CI/CD pipelines, worked with Docker in your college projects, or have a GitHub repository full of automation scripts, we want to meet you!

About the Role

As an L1 Engineer, you will support the development, automation, and maintenance of our cloud-native infrastructure. You will gain real-world experience working with AWS/Azure, Terraform, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines to support threat analytics and cybersecurity operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Support cloud operations across AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Work with Docker and containerized applications.
• Contribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or Ansible.
• Support monitoring tools like ELK, Prometheus, and Grafana.
• Troubleshoot basic DevOps and cloud issues.

Who We're Looking For (Required Skills)

• OS: Good understanding of Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS).
• Cloud: Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, IAM) or Azure/GCP fundamentals.
• Tools: Basic Git/GitHub knowledge and exposure to Docker.
• Scripting: Basic coding skills in Python or Bash.
• Concepts: Understanding of networking fundamentals.

How to Stand Out (Highly Preferred Projects)

We highly prefer candidates who include GitHub links or a Portfolio showing:

• A CI/CD pipeline project (GitHub Actions/Jenkins).
• Docker-based application containerization.
• Basic Terraform configuration or Automation scripts.
• A static website hosted on AWS S3.
