About the Role

You are a Cloud DevOps Engineer that is going to be one of the anchors of our technical process. Your responsibilities will include implementing and owning our pipelines of CI/CD, maintaining our cloud infrastructure, and making our production systems reliable and performant. You will operate based on a state-of-the-art tech stack, with Docker and Kubernetes, to improve our automation in continuous deployment and develop security practices in a geographically distributed hosting setup.

What You Will do (Key Responsibilities)

• Institute and own the CI (Continuous Integration) process.
• Monitor and improve CD (Continuous Deployment) equipment.
• Develop and sustain very accessible production systems through the cloud.
• Develop and improve Continuous Deployment automation based on Docker and Kubernetes.
• Introduce and support strong monitoring and alert systems.
• Establish automation that will create security in a geographically distributed hosting environment.

Who We Are Seeking (Skills and Experience Required)

• Experience of 3 -5 years in industry in software engineering or a DevOps position.
• Heavy knowledge and practical experience of CI/CD pipelines construction and management.
• Good Linux system administration skills.
• Strong familiarity with one or more large cloud providers: AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• An excellent team player with the ability to work with minimum supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Practical knowledge of how to deal with production infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Familiarity with configuration management systems such as Ansible, Chef or Puppet.
• Good knowledge of cloud-based software architecture.
