About the Role
We are hiring for a Technical Lead (Azure Developer) for a leading German Product-Based MNC. The role requires leading the design and development of cloud-native applications on Microsoft Azure, mentoring teams, and ensuring best practices in modern software engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable applications on Azure Cloud.
- Drive adoption of microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and REST APIs.
- Provide technical leadership across projects, ensuring high-quality solutions.
- Work hands-on with Java (functional programming), Scala, and Python.
- Collaborate with architects, product managers, and stakeholders to align technology with business needs.
- Ensure performance, reliability, and security using DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of software development and cloud experience.
- Strong expertise in Azure Cloud services and cloud-native application development.
- Proficiency in Java, Scala, Python, and functional programming.
- Deep knowledge of microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven systems.
- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver enterprise-grade projects.
