 Reizend Private Limited – DevOps Technical Support Engineer (Junior Role)

Location: Trivandrum | Work Mode: Onsite | Experience: 6 months – 2 years | CTC: 4–6 LPA

Reizend Private Limited is seeking a proactive Technical Support Engineer to support global clients across cloud platforms, networking, DevOps tools, and application stacks. Recent graduates with DevOps training or certifications are also welcome to apply.



Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot cloud services: Fargate, ECS, DynamoDB, BigQuery
  • Analyze logs and metrics using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Loki, Grafana, Splunk
  • Resolve network challenges: API Gateway, ALB/NLB, ingress controllers
  • Support Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines
  • Collaborate with teams for incident resolution and maintain documentation

Requirements:

  • Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure and DevOps tools
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
