🔹 Job Description

Join us to revolutionize customer experiences with a global leader in cloud contact center software. As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you’ll:

• Build & maintain cloud infrastructure and automation pipelines for hybrid-cloud solutions
• Develop automation capabilities for CI/CD & application delivery
• Troubleshoot and support production cloud platforms (on-call rotations included)
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and developers to ensure scalability & security

🔹 Qualifications

• 2+ years of DevOps/Platform Engineering experience
• Hands-on with Terraform (Infrastructure-as-Code)
• Proficiency with at least one public cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP

Nice to Have:

• Kubernetes, GitLab/GitHub CI/CD
• Linux system expertise
• Scripting: Python, Java, or similar
• Helm, Istio, cloud-native orchestration tools
• IAM, cloud networking & security best practices
• SRE/monitoring tools exposure
