Invsto (rapidly expanding Investments and Trading SuperApp and Quantitative Sciences company) is seeking a highly ambitious DevOps Intern to become part of our technical team. Internship Summary

Position: DevOps Intern

Industry: FinTech / Quant Sciences.

Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month

Experience Level: 0-2 Years (New graduates and people with little experience are welcomed to apply)

Education: BE/BTech in Computer science or similar experience.

What You Will Do (Major Responsibilities):

• You will have the opportunity to collaborate with our more advanced engineers as a DevOps Intern and be part of numerous infrastructure development projects. This is not an imaginary internship, you will be working on actual assignments that keep our platform running well.
• Build and Manage CI/CD: Help design and deploy CI/CD pipelines, i.e. Jenkins or GitLab CI, to automate our deployments.
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): You will learn how to operate and provision our cloud infrastructure with the help of such tools as Terraform and Ansible.
• Assure System Reliability: Assist with monitoring our production environments, incident response, and root cause analysis to ensure the high availability.
• Automate Everything: Write Python or Bash scripts to automate manual processes and make systems more efficient.
• Cloud Management: Gain practical experience in the deployment and management of infrastructure in cloud environments, such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Containerization: Use Docker and Kubernetes to assist with managing our microservices architecture.
• Add Monitoring: Monitor with our solutions with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack.
• Uphold Security: Get to know how to use security best practices during the development lifecycle.

Skills You'll Need & Develop:

• We seek a candidate who is well versed with the basic knowledge and has a desire to learn.
• Required Qualifications:
• Have finished or are presently studying a BE/ BTech degree or possess the same experience in software development.
• Simple knowledge of the principles of software engineering.
• Basic knowledge of one scripting language (e.g. Python, Bash).
• Good analytical abilities and problem solving skills.
• Good communication and cooperation culture.

Experience with Skills You Will Learn:

• Cloud Systems: AWS, GCP, Azure.
• IaC Tools Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation.
• CI/CD Tools Jenkins, GitLab ci, CircleCI.
• Containerization: Kubernetes, Docker.
• Monitoring Tools Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog.
