Job Summary

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Experience: 0 -1 year (Freshers are highly encouraged to apply)

Shifts: Rotational 24*7 shifts

Regarding the Role and the most important responsibilities.

As a Cloud Trainee Engineer you will be our initial point of defense to our cloud infrastructure. You are also to be trained to manage, monitor and maintain our AWS environment to make sure it is stable and functioning.

Every day, you will have to work:

• Infrastructure Monitoring: Monitor our AWS infrastructure, services, and applications actively to identify performance and availability problems.
• Alert Management Review and analyze the system alerts and notifications to understand possible problems.
• Incidence Management: Open, delegate and treat support tickets through our help desk application.
• Communication: Timely update the relevant departments or senior engineers concerning critical alerts and tickets.
• Reporting: Compile and keep Administration Information System (MIS) documents about system health, ticket status and incidents.
• Team Work: Work under a rotating 24 7 working environment to provide round the clock coverage and assistance.

Minimum Qualifications and skills.

We seek applicants that will have the following:

Educational Background:

• A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or some other technical degree.
• Technical Competencies and Qualifications:
• Prerequisite: Basic knowledge of the concepts of cloud computing.
• Very desirable: AWS Certification (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner, AWS Certified Solutions Architect -Associate).

Soft Skills:

• Good communication and conversational abilities (both Verbal and Written).
• Good record keeping skills in preparation of concise reports and tickets.
• Excellent customer service and client resolution abilities.
• The skill to stay calm and functional in unexpected circumstances.
• Intense motivation to study and to become accustomed to the new technologies within a short time.
