Work Schedule: 24/7 Night Shifts of Rotation (including weekends)

Education: B.Tech (IT/CS), BSC, MCA or equivalent.

About the Role

As a Cloud Support Trainee, we will have you as the first line of contact with our clients across the world, where you will offer Level 1 technical support. It is a stepping stone to the cloud technology world. Your duties will be troubleshooting simple cloud-related problems, detecting client environments in the Azure, Office 365, and AWS, as well as supporting critical functions, such as email moves. One of the main aspects of your job will be lifelong learning, where you will learn on your own time to keep abreast with new cloud technologies.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Offer technical assistance to clients in L1 through email, telephone and collaboration tools.
• Supervise and resolve problems of Azure, O365, and AWS setups.
• Help with email migrations and basic infrastructure trouble-shooting.
• Record all support operations in our ticketing system properly.
• Show a keen interest in learning the cloud technologies via self-directed education and industry best practices.
• Operate in 24/7 work environment and rotating night shifts to serve a diversified client base across the globe.

Who We are Seeking (Requirements)

• Computing science degree or equivalents (B.Tech - IT/CS, BSC, MCA).
• Good communication skills; oral and written.
• Simple knowledge of the customer service principles.
• Practical experience or command of MS office.
• It is beneficial to have a basic idea about cloud concepts.
• Should be in a position to work rotational night shifts including weekends.
• Technology oriented, self motivated, self directed problem solving.
