About the Role

As a Junior DevOps Engineer, you will be a key member of the team that forms the backbone of our development lifecycle. You will work to build, automate, and maintain the infrastructure that our innovative digital solutions run on. Collaborating closely with development teams, you will help improve our release processes, monitor system performance, and ensure our platforms are scalable and reliable.

What You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Assist in designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or GitLab CI.
• Manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure and help automate deployment workflows.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
• Support containerization and orchestration efforts using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Monitor system performance and reliability, helping to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with development teams to improve release processes and deployment strategies.
• Participate in incident response procedures and post-mortem analysis to drive continuous improvement.

Who We're Looking For (Skills & Requirements)

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant practical experience.
