Position: Junior DevOps Engineer (Global Contract Logistics IT).

Concerning the Role (How You will make a difference)

We are in search of an engineer who has a great service orientation and has interest in learning and automation. Your work will be closely related to senior engineers and assist our infrastructure maintenance and run deployment pipelines. Your efforts will have a direct influence on the stability and effectiveness of our Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) with a view of ensuring streamlined operations of our customers all over the world.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help to deploy and maintain WMS virtual machines with the help of such tools as Jenkins and GitLab.
• Operational monitoring tools like Grafana and oracle EM are used to monitor the performance of the monitor systems and infrastructure.
• Work with development and operations teams to deliver the applications smoothly.
• Be involved in the troubleshooting and solving infrastructure and application problems.
• Process documents and help to share knowledge in the team.

Who We Would Like to Find (What We would Like you to Bring).

Education: Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a degree related to this (or equivalent experience).

Core Technical Exposure:

• Linux, Oracle, and Java experience.
• Experience in virtualization and Cloud platforms, especially AWS.
• Exposure to CI/CD Tools: Jenkins, ArgoCD.
• Terraform, Ansible, IaC.
• Knowledge of Containerization: Docker, Kubect, OpenShift.
• Monitoring Tools Experience Loki, Grafana.

Fundamental Understanding:

• Principles of operations and system administration.
• Repetitive tasks are automated.
• Root cause analysis and troubleshooting.
• Experience: Internship/project experience in DevOps or similar fields is greatly appreciated.
