As a Linux Administrator Trainee, you will embark on a structured learning path focused on the core responsibilities of a system administrator. You will begin by diving into hands-on training to master server monitoring and will quickly become a key player in providing top-notch technical support to our customers through our ticketing system. This role is your chance to turn a passion for the Linux command line into a rewarding career.

What You Will Do & Learn

• Undergo comprehensive, hands-on training to master server monitoring tools and techniques.
• Act as a first point of contact for customer support, managing and resolving issues through our helpdesk/ticketing system.
