Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Department Sales and Business Development.

Experience: 0 2 years (Strong encouragement is given to fresh graduates)

Eligibility: MBA/PGDM/BBA/BCA or B.Tech/B.E. with a sharp inclination towards career in sales.

As a Management Trainee, you will go on an extensive path to become a future technology sales leader. You will get to know all the ins and outs of the AWS cloud solutions, high level product sales, and the entire cycle of a cloud deal, including how to make a lead and close the deal.

Several of your major duties and learning opportunities will be:

Sales Enablement & Training:

  • Be familiar with the basics of AWS cloud services, pricing mechanisms and important application in the industry.
  • Get organized training on emerging sales practices, CRM (such as Salesforce) and mastering how to sell cloud solutions.


Business Development:

  • Learn how to detect, qualify and follow new customer opportunities in the cloud space.
  • Contact potential customers by calling, sending emails, social media and attending industry events to learn their needs and challenges in the businesses.
  • Assist top executives in writing effective proposals, presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Client Engagement: This entails engaging the client in the process of problem-solving.<|human|>Client Engagement: This is the process of involving the client in problem-solving.
  • Shadow and work together with senior sales managers to pitch innovative AWS/Cloud solutions.
  • Be on the frontline in terms of attending client meetings and workshops in order to sharpen your consulting and problem solving capabilities.
  • Insight: The Company has developed a strong market research and intelligence system that assists in identifying new markets and opportunities.<|human|>Market Research and Intelligence: The Company has established a robust market research and intelligence structure that helps identify new markets and opportunities.
  • Monitor the trends, competitor strategy and customer needs as far as adoption of cloud is concerned.
  • Keep an up-to-date knowledge base of partner ecosystem, AWS products and services.


Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Liaise with technical pre-sales and delivery teams in order to make the solutions proposed strong and efficient.
  • Know how to keep a healthy sales pipeline, by keeping CRM tools updated with leads and opportunities.
  • What kind of person we are seeking (Skills and Eligibility)
  • Good, active interest in cloud technologies (AWS desired), SaaS and IT solutions.
  • Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Sound analytical, problem solving, and research skills.
  • A go-getter mentality that is proactive, interested in learning, adapting and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • An elementary knowledge of B2B sales cycle is an advantage.
  • Education: MBA/ PGDM/ BBA/ BCA (specialization Sales, Marketing, IT or Cloud preferred ) or a B.Tech/ B.E. degree with a definite career goal of being in technology sales.
