About the Role

You will be an intern in the DevOps team and as such, you will be collaborating with our senior engineering team to assist our cloud infrastructure. It is a practical position and you will be learning through the job and your input will be towards automating, monitoring and managing our systems.

What You Will Do & Learn:

• Help to maintain and automate cloud infrastructure in AWS and/or GCP.
• Use and learn version control (Git) of infrastructure and code.
• Become familiar with containerization solutions (Docker) and Linux.
• Add reliability and efficiency to our CI/CD pipelines.
• Assist in monitoring systems and respond to alerts to make sure that systems are highly available.

What We’re Seeking (Requirements)

• An excellent background knowledge of cloud platforms, either AWS or GCP.
• Knowledge of Git, Docker, and Linux.
• Well-developed, evidenced enthusiasm towards automation, cloud computing and system reliability.
• A motivated and energetic individual with good problem-solving ability.
• Great communication and team-working skills.
