Location: Maharashtra (On-site) Pune.

Timeframe: 6 Months (full-time conversion can also be conducted - PPO)

Experience: Freshers

Work Schedule: 24/7 Rotational Shift (Compulsory)

About the Role (What You'll Do)

You will be one of the most important members of the cloud operations team as an AWS Infrastructure Intern. Monitoring, maintaining and supporting our AWS cloud infrastructure will be your responsibility in order to maintain its reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Observability and Actual Response Monitoring Monitoring AWS cloud environments with CloudWatch and reacting to incidents and alerts.
• Help with the configuration, deployment, and support of the essential AWS services, such as EC2, VPC, S3, IAM, and Load Balancing.
• Assist with infrastructure troubleshooting and problem solving by senior engineers.
• Work with Linux-based systems and familiarize oneself with the elementary concepts of networking.
• Operational procedures, incident, and best practices are documented.
• Work together with development teams and operations teams to facilitate smooth DevOps process.
• Importantly, you have to be capable and ready to work in 24/7 rotational shift.

Who We Are seeking (Qualifications)

• Education: Bachelor of degree in Computer Science, IT or a related course.
• Audience: Freshers with interest in the career path of building a career in Cloud Infrastructure or DevOps.

Core Skills:

• Firm background knowledge of AWS services (EC2, VPC, S3, IAM).
• Fundamental understanding of Linux management and Networking.
• An understanding of the monitoring concepts (e.g., CloudWatch).

Personal Attributes:

• Vivid problem solving abilities and proactive attitude of can-do.
• Good communication and team working skills.
• Good motivation to study and adjust in a 24/7 operations business setting.
