Salary Structure

We have a stable structure of payment according to experience:

0–1 Years: ₹4 LPA

2–4 Years: ₹5 LPA

Salary will be negotiable basis experience (Salary will be 5+ years)

Role Expectations (Based on Experience)

For Freshers / Juniors (0-2 Years):

• What you will do: You will be mentored by the senior engineers, you will support, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, support cloud environments, and write automation scripts.
• What we seek: The eligibility criteria is a good theoretical background of DevOps concepts (CI/CD, Cloud, Linux), a love of learning, and some elementary scripting knowledge (Python/Shell) and Git.

In the case of Mid-Level Engineers (2-5 Years):

• Your responsibilities will include: You will design, implement, and own CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure provisioning with IaC (Terraform/Ansible), run Kubernetes clusters, and coach junior team members.
• What we seek: demonstrating practical skills in our core competencies, having excellent problem-solving skills, and having an experience of managing production environments.

The essential skills that we are seeking (All Levels)

• CI/CD: Familiarity with such tools as Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.
• Cloud Platforms: Practical knowledge on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Containers: Docker and Kubernetes experience.
• IaC: Terraform or Ansible experience.
• Scripting: Good Python/Shell/Bash.
