About the Role

As a Fresher Cloud Engineer, you will undergo training and work alongside experienced professionals to support our cloud infrastructure. You will apply your basic knowledge of cloud platforms to real-world scenarios, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring smooth operations for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management and administration of cloud environments (AWS / Azure).
• Support Microsoft 365 (M365) configurations and user management.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure and respond to basic technical alerts.
• Collaborate with the technical team to resolve issues and implement solutions.
• Continuously learn new cloud technologies and best practices.

Who We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Education: BCA / MCA / B.Tech / M.Tech in a relevant field.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.

• Technical Knowledge:

• Basic knowledge of Cloud Computing concepts.
