About the Role (What You'll Do)

As a DevOps Engineer, you will work closely with senior engineers to ensure the availability, performance, and security of our applications on AWS. You will be responsible for managing releases, maintaining automation scripts, and troubleshooting system issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cloud Operations: Assist in the deployment, automation, and maintenance of AWS cloud-based systems (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch).
• CI/CD Management: Maintain and enhance automation scripts and upgrade CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Database Management: Hands-on management of databases including Oracle, MSSQL, Cassandra, and AstraDB.
• Platform Support: Work with Actimize platforms such as AIS, Actone, XDT, and UDM.
• Automation: Use scripting languages (Python, Shell, Ansible) to automate routine tasks.
• Monitoring: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure system health.

Who We're Looking For (Qualifications)

• Experience: 2–4 years in DevOps, Cloud, or System Administration.
• Cloud: Basic to intermediate understanding of AWS services.
• Tools: Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Scripting: Familiarity with Python, Shell, or Ansible.
• Databases: Experience managing Oracle, MSSQL, or NoSQL databases like Cassandra.
• Niche Skills: Experience on Actimize platforms is a significant plus.
• Process: Knowledge of Agile methodologies and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
