Job description: A cloud operations engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud system-based applications.

Job Responsibilities  

1. Oversight CSP (Cloud Solution Provider) onboarding, offboarding, and subscription lifecycle.  

2. Give day-to-day support and management of Azure environments on Cloud Management Platforms.  

3. Track and troubleshoot in Azure, such as subscriptions, RBAC, policies, and cost management.  

4. Manage incidents and service request using ITSM tools and solve them in a timely manner.  

5. Assist in day-to-day activities including resource provisioning, governance, access control and billing checks.  

6. Participate in the 24x7 on call rotation of escalated issues.  

7. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to maintain the smooth running of services.  

8. Maintain documents, standard operating procedures and runbooks.  

9. Make things better and faster and happier to the customers.  

Qualifications  

1. A computer science/IT degree (B.E., B.Tech or M.Sc.).  

2. In Microsoft AZ-900, MS-900, or AZ-104.  

3. ITIL knowledge.  

4. Effective communication, paperwork and presentation skills.  

5. Open to learning, self driven, and motivated.  

6. willing to work 24x7 usually within the US and night shifts.
