Role Overview
We are looking for a Cloud Support Engineer (Kubernetes / DBaaS) to join our Hyderabad team. You will troubleshoot customer issues, architect high-availability solutions, and ensure smooth operations of mission-critical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Respond to technical questions via tickets, chats, calls, or emails
- Troubleshoot application, product, and cloud-related issues
- Manage incidents and escalations effectively
- Support fraud & abuse prevention on the platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience
- Architect high-availability solutions for growing customers
- Document and improve processes and policies
Required Skills
- Strong background in Linux Systems (Debian, Ubuntu, Django, etc.)
- Knowledge of Networking and Storage
- Familiarity with Virtualization (KVM, Xen)
- Hands-on with Databases: MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB
- Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Bonus Skills
- Experience in Kubernetes troubleshooting (pods, deployments, control plane)
- Certifications: RHCE, CKA, CKAD
