About the Role
We are seeking a DevOps Engineer to join MNTN, a high-volume cloud-based platform. This role combines cloud infrastructure management, automation, and collaboration to ensure reliability, scalability, and performance. You’ll work with cutting-edge technologies while solving complex infrastructure challenges in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
Accountabilities
- Provision & manage cloud infrastructure using GCP (GKE clusters, GCE, Google Storage).
- Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform & configuration management.
- Design & maintain CI/CD pipelines.
- Build & optimize containerized applications with Kubernetes.
- Develop automation tools/scripts (Python).
- Collaborate with software teams to improve reliability & scalability.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks & procedures.
- Enhance security & compliance practices.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of GCP & Linux systems administration.
- Strong GCP cloud architecture knowledge.
- Hands-on with Terraform, Ansible, Kubernetes.
- Scripting expertise in Python.
- Familiarity with microservices & distributed systems.
- Experience using AI tools for coding/automation.
- Knowledge of ArgoCD/GitOps is a plus.
