About the Role

Being an Associate Google Cloud Engineer will mean that you will be at the center of our technical business. Your responsibilities will include the end-to-end architecture, deployment and management of production-grade workloads on GCP. You will pioneer Infrastructure as Code (IaC), develop high-quality CI/CD pipelines, and make our systems consistent, secure, and scalable, and have it be in direct support of our novel AI offerings such as Enterprise LLM Studio and AppMod.AI.

What You Will Do (Critical Responsibilities)

• Create, build, and operate production-level workloads on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Direct end-to-end deployments and release management with zero-downtime rollouts.
• Create and operate enterprise-level CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI or GitHub Actions.
• Deploy, configure, and scale Kubernetes (GKE) clusters.
• Create and maintain infrastructure with Terraform, creating reusable and modular structures.
• Script operational tasks in Python, Go or Bash.
• Introduce effective monitoring, logging and alerting with such tools as Prometheus, Grafana, and Stackdriver.
• Diagnose intricate problems in GCP, GKE, and containerized platforms.

Who We are Seeking (Skills and Experience)

• GCP Expertise: 2 or more years of comprehensive and practical experience in core GCP services (Compute, Networking, IAM, Storage, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, etc.).
• Kubernetes (GKE): Good skills in operating production clusters and containerized workloads.
• Terraform: Real, practical experience with IaC based on Terraform code building environments.
• CI/CD: An established history of designing and operating enterprise pipelines.
• Programming/Scripting: Knowledge of Python, Go, or Bash and strong automation attitude.

Preferred Qualifications

• GCP Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer/Architect certification.
• Service mesh knowledge (Istio, Linkerd).
• Good understanding of cloud security best practice (IAM, workload identity, secrets management).
