Salary: ₹2,80,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum

Educational Attainment: Fresher / Entry Level.

Making Schedule: 24/7 Rotational Night Shifts (weekends too)

Education: B.Tech (IT/CS), BSC, MCA, or any other equivalent.

About the Role

You will serve as a Customer Support Trainee, Level 1 technical support in the first year, and as a Cloud Support Trainee, Level 2 technical support in the second year, with our customers all over the world. This position is a catapult into the cloud technology. You will deal with troubleshooting simple cloud-related problems, overseeing the client environments in Azure, Office 365, and AWS, and will be helping with urgent functions such as the migration of emails. Self-directed and lifelong learning will be a significant component of your job to keep abreast with the latest cloud technologies.

What You will Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Deliver L1 technical support to clients through e-mail, phone, and teamwork related tools.
• Keep under track of problems associated with the Azure, O365, and AWS environments.
• Help with email migrations and rudimentary infrastructure troubleshooting.
• Closing all support activities in our ticketing system.
• Show great interest in the study of cloud technologies based on self-training and best practices in the industry.
• Operate in 24/7 working environment with rotating night shifts to serve a worldwide clientele.

Who We Are seeking (Requirements)

• Bachelor of Computing science or equivalent (B.Tech - IT/CS, BSC, MCA).
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Simple knowledge of the customer service principles.
• Experience or a good knowledge of MS office.
• It is beneficial to have a background knowledge of the concepts of clouds.
• Should be ready to work on rotational night shifts, even weekends.
• An innovative, autonomous and driven problem-solving strategy.
