About the Role

Your team will be able to collaborate with our product and engineering groups to identify and troubleshoot technical issues as a Cloud Technical Engineer. As an internal and external advisor and subject matter expert, you will assist in alleviating the deployment and operational challenges encountered in AI infrastructure settings. Your suggestions will have a direct impact on the product enhancement and the quality of our manufacturing mechanisms.

What you will do (Key Responsibilities)

• Diagnose and troubleshoot intricate cloud-related challenges to our international customers.
• Work in cooperation with product and engineering departments to achieve optimal performance and reliability of the system.
• Checking mechanisms to anticipate and introduce improvements.
• Provide technical documentation and develop best-practice documents.
• Collaborate with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams in order to champion high-quality production standards.
• Be an expert subject matter to identify problems with deployment and operational issues in AI infrastructure environments to the stakeholders.

Who We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field or similar practical experience.
• Experience in dealing with client-side web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP) 0-1 years.
• Good ability in problem-solving when it comes to technical problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in Enterprise cloud solutions.
• The knowledge of Linux, networking, and databases.
• Knowledge of the AI/ML training and inference life-cycle.
• Outstanding teamwork and team communication.
