Devops Intern Hiring

 Proposed Title: OLake Devops Intern Hiring (Open-Source) Bangalore 30-50k Stipend + PPO.

Role: DevOps Intern

Company: OLake (Open-source)

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (On-site)

Stipend: 30-50,000 per month (depending on experience)

Duration: 6 Months

Important Benefits: The opportunity of full-time offer (PPO), a one-way flight ticket to Bangalore and accommodation of 7 days.

What You’ll Work on (About the Role).

• You are a DevOps Intern and part of the foundation of the OLake platform. You are not going to be doing an intern project, you are going to be working with our founders and core team to construct and scale our production infrastructure.
• Automatically deploy and scale OLake cloud-infrastructure with Kubernetes and Helm.
• Manage the production pipelines of OLake in the context of the multi-clouds (AWS/Azure).
• Introduce and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions), observability dashboards (Prometheus, Grafana), and security processes.
• Work with the core team in order to enhance reliability, scalability, and performance.
• Write sample configurations, document configurations, and don open-source DevOps tooling.

Who We Are seeking (Must-Have Skills)

• Very important: Backend or systems development experience in a real company (internship or accepted as a junior employee). (Note: This requirement cannot be replaced by bootcamps or training programs such as crio.do, scaler or coding ninjas).
• Good experience in Linux system administration.
• Experience with Bash, Git and Docker.
• Fundamental knowledge of cloud setups (AWS/Azure).
• Familiarity with one of the programming languages (Go, Python, or Shell).
• Good working teamwork and communication.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Practical knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Some experience with Terraform, Helm, or CloudFormation.
• Monitoring tool experience (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Donations to open source or community DevOps projects.
