About the Role (What You'll Do)

As a key member of the team, you will bridge the gap between engineering and customer success, ensuring our clients receive world-class support and reliable service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor & Maintain: Ensure high availability and optimal performance of SaaS environments.
• Incident Management: Investigate and resolve incidents, problems, and service requests within agreed SLAs.
• Root Cause Analysis: Participate in RCA and post-incident reviews to drive service improvement strategies.
• Change Management: Implement changes to cloud environments following ITIL best practices.
• Observability: Proactively utilize tools like DataDog and PagerDuty to identify and respond to service degradations.

Who We're Looking For (What You'll Bring)

• Cloud Expertise: Hands-on experience with Azure (preferred) and/or AWS.
• Containerization: Experience with Kubernetes and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Database Skills: Hands-on experience in PostgreSQL and Oracle administration/optimization.
• Tool Proficiency: Proficiency with observability tools like DataDog and incident response tools like PagerDuty.
• Process Knowledge: Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management).
• Experience: Background in Managed Services or SaaS Support environments.
