About the Role

As an SRE at Zoho, you will bridge the gap between development and operations. You will focus on automation, infrastructure management, and ensuring the high availability of Zoho's suite of products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Automation: Develop tooling and frameworks to reduce manual toil and enhance deployment pipelines.
• Infrastructure: Support deployment and monitoring of cloud infrastructure; forecast capacity needs.
• Build & Deploy: Assist in build deployments across data centers using in-house CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitoring: Build robust alerting and logging systems to proactively detect and resolve issues.
• Incident Handling: Respond to system alerts, perform root-cause analysis (RCA), and implement preventive actions.
• Security: Follow cloud security best practices and compliance requirements.

Who We're Looking For (Eligibility & Skills)

• Experience: 0–2 years in Cloud Automation, Infrastructure, or SRE roles.
• Scripting & Coding: Hands-on experience with Bash, Shell, or Python scripting. Familiarity with C/C++ or Java is a plus.
• Networking: Strong command of networking tools like netstat, ping, traceroute, wireshark, and tcpdump.
• Cloud Concepts: Understanding of IAM, Cloud Networking, and Security. Exposure to AWS, OCI, or Azure is a bonus.
• Modern Tools: Knowledge of Terraform (IaC), Kubernetes, and containerized deployments.
• SRE Mindset: Awareness of SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.

Mandatory Requirement: Willingness to work in rotational shifts to support 24x7 system operations.
