About the Role

You will work as a Cloud Support Engineer Intern as a significant member of our technical support team. Your role will be to offer Level 1 support to our US-based customers, and the support will be on their cloud and server infrastructure. The work will also include taking care of Windows Server, administering the use of the Office 365, completing active directory tasks, cloud migration, and troubleshooting different technical problems remotely.

What You Will Do and Learn (Key Responsibilities).

• Attend to and take care of Windows Server environments (2019/2022), configuration, and patch management.
• Provide US clients with remote support services, which include solution to cloud services, servers, networking, and software problems.
• Help with application and infrastructure cloud migrations.
• Office 365 administration (Exchange online, Sharepoint, Teams).
• Install and troubleshoot printers and connectivity problems (VPN, VLAN, Firewalls).
• Provision Application Active Directory environments (User/Group management, GPO, DNS).
• Optimize and configure Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP).

What we are seeking (Requirements)

• Preferably, a Baccalaureate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar.
• Expressed enthusiasm on cloud support and administration. (Practical experience is a plus).
• Proper knowledge of windows server (2019/2022) and active directory.
• Experienced or advanced knowledge of office 365 administration.
• The understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
• Capacity to offer efficient remote assistance as well as good problem-solving talents.
• Good oral and written communication skills (required in the US when interacting with clients).
• An advantage: Microsoft credentials (Azure Administrator Associate, etc.).
